Jacketed Ball Valve

Jacketed Ball Valve is designed for pipeline applications where temperature control and heat preservation are required during fluid handling. The valve uses a one-piece cast and welded structure, with the jacket design considered during the welding process to maintain structural integrity. It can be furnished with either metal-seated or soft-seated seats according to customer requirements. The valve supports both manual and automatic operation, providing flexible control options for different process systems.

The selected casting materials provide a suitable foundation for industrial valve construction, while the integrated cast and welded structure supports stable operation in jacketed pipeline applications. The heating or insulation jacket can be configured with customized fluid inlet and outlet connections according to the customer's piping and process requirements. This allows heating or temperature-maintaining media to circulate around the valve body and helps adapt the valve to specific thermal management conditions.
