Fluorine Lined Three Way Ball Valve

Fluorine Lined Three Way Ball Valve is a corrosion-resistant valve designed for diverting, merging, and reversing the flow of highly corrosive media in low-pressure pipeline systems. With a standard working pressure of up to 1.6 MPa, it adopts L-type and T-type three-way flow channel configurations to support different flow routing requirements. The valve body inner wall, ball, and seat are integrally lined with fluoroplastics such as F4, F46, and PFA, isolating strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and corrosive salt solutions from the metal valve body. The 90° rotation of the ball enables accurate flow diversion and switching.

The integral fluoroplastic lining provides continuous protection for all major medium-contact surfaces, helping prevent corrosion, rust, leakage, and scaling when handling aggressive chemical media. The L-type and T-type flow channel designs allow the valve to be configured for different diverting and merging functions, while the quarter-turn ball structure provides straightforward flow path switching. This construction is suitable for corrosive pipeline systems where both chemical resistance and reliable flow control are required.
