Soft-seal Floating Flange Ball Valve

The soft-sealed floating-flange ball valve is a vital component in industrial fluid control, distinguished by its versatility and high adaptability. Featuring a classic soft-sealed floating-ball design, the valve utilizes seats constructed from reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)—a material characterized by a low coefficient of friction and exceptional sealing capabilities. This is complemented by the structural feature of a floating ball lacking a fixed shaft; under the influence of fluid pressure, the ball is able to undergo slight, self-adjusting displacement, ensuring a tight, intimate contact between the valve seat and the ball's sealing surface to achieve bidirectional, zero-leakage sealing.
