WCB 2PC Threaded Ball Valve

WCB 2PC Threaded Ball Valve is a two-piece internal thread ball valve designed for general shut-off control in civil and light industrial pipeline systems. It adopts a classic split cast structure consisting of a main valve body and bonnet, with an investment-cast body providing a neat and stable construction. Internal threaded ends allow quick installation without welding and facilitate disassembly and maintenance. The floating ball structure with PTFE seats provides tight sealing, while the 90° quarter-turn operation enables fast on-off control with smooth flow and low flow resistance.

The two-piece construction combines a practical configuration with convenient maintenance, making the valve suitable for standard threaded piping systems. A blow-out-proof stem enhances operational safety, while the full-port design helps maintain efficient fluid flow. Threaded connections are available in NPT, BSP, BSPT, DIN 259/2999, Rc, and Rp standards, and a lockable handle can be provided as an option. With a working pressure of 1.6–2.5 MPa and an applicable temperature range of –20°C to 120°C, or up to 250°C under specified conditions, the valve can handle water, oil, ordinary gas, and other compatible media.
