One-piece Butterfly Handle Ball Valve

One-piece Butterfly Handle Ball Valve is a compact threaded ball valve designed for on-off control in low-pressure pipeline systems. Compared with the two-piece butterfly handle ball valve, its one-piece construction provides a smaller overall volume and lower cost, making it suitable for applications where installation space and procurement budget are important considerations. The trade-off is a smaller flow diameter than the two-piece type. The valve features an investment-cast body, blow-out-proof stem, and 90° quarter-turn operation for straightforward flow shutoff.

The compact one-piece construction helps reduce installation space while maintaining a practical configuration for standard threaded piping. Threaded connections are available in NPT, BSP, BSPT, DIN 259/2999, Rc, and Rp standards. The valve has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and a design temperature range of –20°C to 120°C, with 250°C available as an optional configuration. This makes it suitable for compatible low-pressure media including water, oil, and gas.
