Forged Steel Globe Valve

Forged Steel Globe Valve is a shut-off and throttling valve designed for small-bore high-pressure pipeline systems. It adopts a one-piece forged body with a dense and uniform metallurgical structure, eliminating common casting defects such as porosity and sand holes and providing strong pressure-temperature resistance. The valve disc moves axially along the seat centerline to open, close, and regulate the flow, providing controlled medium handling in demanding industrial pipelines. End connections are available in flanged, socket-weld, butt-weld, and threaded configurations.

The forged body construction provides a robust structure for high-pressure and high-temperature service, while the axial disc movement allows both full shut-off and flow throttling. The valve can be manufactured from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel according to application requirements. It is compatible with water, steam, oil, hydrogen, and selected corrosive fluids, allowing configuration for different industrial process conditions and pipeline connection requirements.
