Forged Steel Flanged Ball Valve

Forged Steel Flanged Ball Valve is a one-piece forged steel ball valve designed for industrial pipeline flow control. The flange and valve body are welded together to form a single integral structure, providing a compact and robust valve construction. The valve uses a reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seat to provide reliable sealing performance during operation. The valve length can also be selected according to customer requirements to accommodate different pipeline installation conditions.

The one-piece forged steel construction combines the valve body and flange into an integral welded structure, reducing the number of separate connection points within the valve assembly. This design provides a rigid configuration for industrial piping applications while simplifying adaptation to specific installation dimensions. The reinforced PTFE seat offers good sealing properties and is suitable for applications where dependable shutoff and chemical resistance are required.

Forged Steel Flanged Ball Valve is suitable for industrial fluid handling, process piping, chemical processing, oil and gas systems, and other pipeline applications requiring a robust flanged ball valve construction.
