Flanged Lift Check Valve

Flanged Lift Check Valve is a horizontal lift-type check valve designed to automatically prevent medium backflow in industrial pipeline systems. It requires no manual or electric external drive and opens or closes according to the pressure and flow direction of the medium. With a straight-through lifting structure, the valve disc is pushed upward by forward fluid pressure to allow smooth flow. When backflow or pressure reversal occurs, the disc closes under its own weight and reverse pressure, helping prevent equipment damage and pipeline faults caused by reverse flow.

The flanged connection provides firm installation and convenient disassembly and maintenance, while supporting integration with industrial standard flange pipelines. The valve is designed as an automatic pipeline protection device for systems where backflow prevention is required. Its flanged ends can be manufactured according to JB/T 79-2015 and GB/T 9124.1-2019, with testing and inspection conducted according to GB/T 26480-2011, GB/T 13927-2022, and JB/T 9092-1999.

Flanged Lift Check Valve is suitable for industrial water systems, process pipelines, equipment protection, and other applications where reverse flow needs to be controlled automatically. OEM and ODM services can support customization of valve size, body materials, flange standards, pressure ratings, and other project-specific requirements.
