Three Pieces Manual Welded Ball Valve

The three-piece structure allows for easy disassembly; during subsequent maintenance, there is no need to remove the entire pipeline. Instead, the valve body can simply be separated to facilitate the inspection and replacement of wear-prone components—such as the valve seat, ball, and stem—thereby significantly reducing downtime and lowering operation and maintenance costs. This ball valve *must* be removed via desoldering; it must *not* be welded directly in place, as doing so would damage the valve seat. Following desoldering and removal, the ball valve must be reassembled and securely fastened while the valve remains in the closed position.
