Two-piece Double Male Ball Valve

Two-piece Double Male Ball Valve is a split cast low-pressure ball valve designed for pipeline systems requiring double external threaded connections. It adopts a mature two-piece structure consisting of a main valve body and bonnet, providing a solid construction and convenient maintenance. Both ends feature external threads, allowing the valve to connect directly with standard internal-thread pipe fittings without welding. This configuration provides flexible installation and modification options for threaded pipeline systems and helps address connection requirements for special piping arrangements.

The investment-cast body provides a neat and stable construction, while the blow-out-proof stem supports safe valve operation. Its full-port design helps maintain smooth fluid flow with low flow resistance, and an optional lockable handle is available where controlled operation is required. The two-piece split structure allows convenient disassembly for inspection and maintenance, while the double external thread configuration makes it easier to modify or replace the valve without welding. The working pressure is up to 1.6 MPa, with an applicable temperature range of –20°C to 120°C, or up to 250°C under specified conditions.
