Soft Sealed Trunnion Flange Ball Valve

Unlike the design of floating ball valves—in which the ball lacks a fixed axis—the core advantage of the soft-seated trunnion-mounted ball valve lies in its **fixed-ball structure**. In this configuration, the ball is secured within the valve body by means of upper and lower trunnions; during operation, the ball remains stationary relative to the valve body, rotating solely around its fixed axis. This design significantly enhances both the operational precision and stability of the valve. Furthermore, this structural approach effectively resolves issues—such as ball displacement and uneven wear of sealing surfaces—that may arise in floating ball valves under high-pressure or large-bore operating conditions.
