JIS Ball Valve

JIS Ball Valve is a soft-seated flanged ball valve designed and manufactured in compliance with Japanese JIS standards for industrial piping systems. The Q41F-10K/20K valve adopts a two-piece floating ball construction with PTFE or R-PTFE soft seats, providing Class VI bubble-tight zero-leakage shutoff performance. Its full-port design helps minimize flow resistance, while the quarter-turn 90° operation enables fast opening and closing for efficient flow isolation. Flange dimensions, face-to-face dimensions, and inspection procedures follow JIS B2220, JIS B2002, JIS B2071, and JIS B2003 respectively, supporting compatibility with JIS-standard piping systems.

The two-piece floating ball structure provides a relatively simple internal configuration for reliable operation and convenient maintenance. Compared with valves using more restricted flow passages, the full-port design allows fluid to pass through with lower resistance, helping maintain efficient pipeline flow. The soft PTFE / R-PTFE seat construction provides tight sealing for applications requiring dependable shutoff, while the 90° operating mechanism allows quick manual or actuated flow control. The flanged connection design also facilitates installation in industrial piping systems where JIS-standard dimensions are required.
