Electric Butterfly Valve

Electric Butterfly Valve combines a high-performance electric actuator with a quarter-turn butterfly valve to provide reliable automated flow control for industrial pipeline systems. The actuator drives the valve disc through a 90° rotation, supporting both on/off operation and proportional modulation with 0–10V or 4–20mA control signals for accurate flow regulation. The soft-seated sealing structure delivers bubble-tight, zero-leakage performance, making it suitable for applications requiring dependable shutoff and stable process control. By selecting different body and seat materials, the valve can handle clean water, wastewater, oil and gas, corrosive chemicals, powder media, and high-temperature flue gas.

Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same nominal size, the Electric Butterfly Valve is more than 40% smaller and lighter, reducing installation space and simplifying handling. It is available with wafer, flanged, and butt-weld end connections to meet different piping requirements. Its compact internal structure, fewer moving components, and concentrated wear parts help reduce maintenance time and lower long-term operating costs while improving service reliability.
